    It's just been upgraded. Our island doesn't appear as it will get a drop of rain from the thing, much less any wind.
    We may not even see any storm surge.

    Thank goodness. Hopefully it won't have me loading up tools for house repairs above New Orleans. Been trying to sell that place and have potential buyer and now this news.

            The info I've got said tides running 1/2 foot above normal here.

            This storm is very bad news for my good friend's camp near the mouth of Grand Bayou.

                If Bruce takes off work I'll drop everything I'm doing to wet a line. On the other hand I'll probably hit the end of the wall or 8 mile. Let me check the tides.
