  • Quick, Easy and Tasty

Chop up an onion, bell pepper, green onion and minced garlic, I get the garlic already minced in a jar, add this to 1 lb to a 1 1/2 lb of hamburger meat, I add a little pepper also, and brown. Right before the meat is cooked I drain a can of diced roasted garlic tomatoes and add to the meat and finish cooking. Drain the fat off the meat and add a bag of Louisiana Dirty Rice Mix and follow the directions on the bag. This stuff turns out pretty good and I even eat it with my shrimp pasta salad.

The Jambalaya mix and add sausage, chicken, bell pepper, onion...and a can of rotel...aint to shabby either. I'm gonna cook this tomorrow at work Willie. Guess you can take the operator out of the plant, but you can't take him out of the kitchen!

Cool! Just the sort of quick meal I've been needing. I'll cook it for my daughter while my wife is in Houston!

I made this for my 10 year old daughter last week and she loved it. She asked for it again tonight. Thanks Willie!
