got to the mouth around 9;15 monday morning.wind coming from the east at brisk 15 at least.used finger mullet.nothing there for 2 hours so i went up river off the levee rd.first or second little road to the right.just before the drainage pipe road.caught 3 small reds,about 16 to 17inches long,in 40 minutes.all released to grow up.river looked good but tide was way out.mouth of the river wasnt bad just quite a few tree trunks along the shore.4 wheel drives were getting down the 1st and second cuts.i couldnt get that far down.
