His name is Sean and he is the one that showed me the ways of the fan boat.
He has far and away the best eye for spotting huge buried flounder. I'm talking fish in the 22" class that have been laying up in gin clear water so long that all you could see was they're eyes. Fish I would had floated over and missed!:ack2:
He had to make a move to the Seattle area and in the process sold his fan boat but he has me for his gulf coast Flounder fix.:cool:
The dude is such a keen gigger that when he's onboard I let him play captain and control the boat and I feel like I'm getting schooled by a person who could easily do this for a living. The man can even clean about 3 Flounder to my 1 with perfect filets, thats quick and I'm no slouch with my blade.
Look for interesting reports with lots of pictures and vid by next Monday.
