I waded the levee with corkies for a few hours on Tuesday and didnt get a hit. However, the water was very clear. There were a few other waders out there but they didnt catch anything either. Has anyone caught anything there during the Wintertime?

I'm guessing the texas city levee? For the most part that area is hard sand which might not hold as much fish in the wintertime. I go there during the summer and do alright. Also clear water usually = no fish!

Have not done very well in the winter time but that is one of my favorite summer topwater water spots.
