One cast...one kill! Late start due to the dreaded motor issues again, but hopefully thats worked out. That was it for the day. Caught near Meacoms, trying to get out of the wind. Pulled in, made a cast, before the line was even tight I could see it going right on me....sweet!

Then that was it. The last two 16 ozers in the box? The other 4 had already been consumed.:D Like I said, started out this morning at 0830. Bottom line, drove all the way back to League City, changed out some plugs, put the battery on the charger and fired the engine up. Went back to the ramp and launched with no problems the rest of the day...other than catching more fish. I think I got some kind of yammy gremlin, or something.

Not a bad day, the wind was NNW @ 15 and was laying when I left. Water wasn't in bad shape, but the wind was pushing all the streaky water from the oyster boats to the South shoreline. Well anyway, I was just funnin with you Coe, but the fun backfired(no more fishys). Guess whats for dinner tonight? :chef:

For a 3 night/4 day trip with 4 fellas to my buddies fish camp on the land cut, we bring a min. of 8 30 packs of stones, and 3 liters of whiskey! It is a rough weekend and a rougher 4 hour drive home!
