got a new toy. 03' hpx-t . i gotta say this is one sweet boat. poles like a dream and skinny. i have had it out 3 times now and caught fish all 3 times. my problem is finding a 2nd person how knows how to pole a skiff and sling a fly rod. I live in the pasadena area and fish mostly west bay. if anyone would like to hook up in the near future, shoot me a pm. tight loops

Congrats on the new boat, my girlfriend has a place in JB and we spend a lot if time down there. Anytime you want to go out or need someone to pole and fish with, let me know. I will send you a pm.

I was out today in my boat and did not have any luck, had one bite on a shrimp fly.

I'm average at best on both but have the equipment. If I had a REAL pole skiff I'd be better there,,,the Shallowsport likes to slide too much but it does provide quite a view from the back platform.
Available on weekdays alot too, if you need someone, let me know.

Doug,

if you have time later next week, I should be able to get out for an evening bite Thursday or Friday. I will call you during the week. Heard a good story for you that you need to go check out.
