Limits

Me and my dad went out with with captain Steve Hillman yesterday to east bay. Slicks were popping up everywhere. We caught 4 big 22-24 inch trout on our first spot and 8 more nice trout and a flounder on another part of the reef. We went to go work some birds to finish up our limits and it paid off. It was time for catch and release and only around 10 minutes. Not bad at all considering we launched at noon because of the storm. Topwaters and limetruese assassins were the most effective. He was a nice guy and we hope to be on the water with him again.:D

Hillman is a great guide. He has been hammering them for a month and a half. He works his butt off and will burn some gas to find them. Saw him out there yesterday. He said it was his 5th day in a row on the water.
