Hit North Shoreline of West Bay between 12:30 and 2 pm on Wednesday 11/26. Caught 5 keeper trout in 2' of water over mud and shell using live shrimp. Left them biting. Had 5 throwbacks also and missed several. They were taking bait and slowly swimming off to right or left and not hammering it-had to let them take it and wait a little before hookset. They were agressive as to a few misses-one blew up on shrimpy while he swam around on surface. Tide was low, slight water movement-very little bait activity in area. Tried another spot first on South shore line near Sea Isle-had 2 misses and nada-tried that spot about 30 minutes and moved to North shore line. Deer lease this weekend.
