What's some good spots to wade on west bay and what's the best baits to use?

x2 on IMHAMMER"s response. Check the HOME PAGE here and MAP page also. Also, get a hooksetter map and it'll show you some spots. Lots of folks wade off Sportsman Road or down near San Luis Pass-be very careful wading around the Pass area-lots of drop offs and channels and swift currents-wear a PFD!!!
Baits? Depends on what you''re fishing for-most here use plastics and lures for trout, reds and flounder. To each their own. Shrimp under a popping cork (not the black wire ones), #8 treble hook set about 18" to 24" below cork.
