Super Spook and I fished christmas this Saturday and found a few trout and were surprised to find a few flatties. We found the tide line in some mud and shell and boom it was on until the tide line passed us by. We caught them bumping and dragging in the mud. They would him them on the twitch and downfall. Felt like we where hung on bottom and then fish on. All hook ups where deep. Devil eye pink hologram with paddle tail and devil eye minnow with the green tail.We had three gtrout throwbacks. Windy as heck. Stopped by Blockade Runners. His place is coming along. :D

he had big trout and I had big flounder. We great time. Broke the slump we have been on. Seeing my rod and reel go in the drink with the anchor was classic.!!!!

The water at the end of 12 mile road was crystal clear last tuesday thru thursday picked up 6 trout while attending the subsea tie back conference in galveston last week.
