Water - Crystal Clear
Water Temp - 67
Wind - SSW 5-7
Level - Extremely Low
Was in the water about 12:00 today and out of the water at 4:30.
Started in the Crash Basin, but nothing was happening. Headed to Confederate and finally found a few fish in a color change, but could only get 1 hooked up on top at 21".
Hit a cove and found nothing. Hit Carachua reef and found nothing.
Went back to the Crash Basin and found a bunch of small trout, but no keepers.
There was very little visible bait in the water anywhere except confederates.
It was a gorgeous day out there and still had fun and explored some new water.
I am new to the site and hope to gain some knowledge from you guys.
I just started fishing Saltwater a little over a year ago and am trying to learn everything I can. I typically fish once a week and usually concentrate my efforts around the North side of West Bay. I have a small boat and have to fish protected most of the time.
I look forward to seeing what you guys post up!
