Dickinson Meeting? Regarding Flounder

I know you have that round-up pen thing working so I want you to know, and this is coming from the lady's mouth that represents the flounder hatchery program at the scope meeting...they are having a hard time getting male flounder and are requesting at this point the serious need for small flounder in the 14 in range. Apparently they have a lot more females and males seem to be scarce and since most males don't get over 16" they figure the more flounder that are in the 14" range are apt to be males
