Bolivar acess ??

I know this is the place for westend topics im just curious if anyone can go gigging on bolivar or even drive out there at all if ur not a resident.

Government persons, Business Owners, Residents etc... They still have it shut down and monitored... Ferry still not available for the Public only emergency and governmental vehicles... All access has to come down through High Island.
