Post in Jones Lake

If you ever run the back end of Jones, specifically coming into Fatboys from the backside, there is a post sticking up just at waterline and is only visable a lowtide or when waves wash over it. I did not get cords for it because I was afraid to shutdown there, but its location is generally right in front of the last railroad bridge as you turn to make the heading south to Fatboys.
Tomorrow I will try and get a better locale on it,it might just be a part of a pier drifting around.
I missed it by a foot Saturday afternoon...just another close call!

I had turned off my gps as I was coming in. Regardless, I don't think it was a permanant post, pole, whatever. I have never seen anything there before. I believe it is a section of pier(????)....floating around.

Even though it's getting better, there's still numerous boards and stuff floating around...don't let your guard down yet!
