10/17/08 Quick report

Water look good under stiff north wind this morning. We managed to sratch out a few over shell around slicks then picked up another handful wading one of the coves along the south shoreline. The coves are really starting to heat up for me. Today I picked up this 24 or 25" Trout (released) and lost another one just like here. Black She Dog accounted for all of my blowups under the overcast skies.

Nice Aqua! I've been seeing an increasing number of fish in the coves at night... Blackbeard & Unclehandy on the board here have been killing them every evening!

I happened to be looking that way and saw that 24 incher blow up on AP's topwater. Pretty cool looking from the side view I had.

It sure will be nice if this wind just blows around 5-10mph for a change.
