Aqua Pimp had a good idea to add a forum for Navigational Hazards considering all the debris that is covering our region. Please post any hazards you may notice, general area as specific as possible... If we can get a bunch of GPS points I can make a map that shows all the known hazards all over West Bay and Galveston etc...

Just out of curiousity, has anyone tried to make it through the pass? I'm sure that gut has changed completely, but I don't know maybe not...

I've seen plenty make it through, Aqua Pimp, 007, Coachlaw & probably JT or Moonpie would be the best to ask I know they've been over that direction as of lately.

From the looks of it I really don't think it changed much. It's still over on the Galveston side of the bridge. It's easier to spot with a little chop on the water because you can see the breakers on either side of it.
