Fished E Matty with Keith today. Winds were brutal at 20ish out of the NE, but we ground it out until about noon. Today was also the guides cup tourney, so the traffic was like a weekend.
Ended the day with 10 trout 16 - 21 and 1 red at 21 plus numerous throwbacks.
I threw tops all day and Keith threw Devil Eyes. He caught 8 of the trout and I caught the rest.

why is it that anything you have on the grill w/ bacon thrown on top looks just that much better?? Great job on the catch!

why is it that anything you have on the grill w/ bacon thrown on top looks just that much better?? Great job on the catch!

Yes it does!



We fished yesterday and I only had 3 fish....2 -24's and a something else. My friend Doug had him a nice fat 25. All these came on the first wade at sun up. After that it was a trout here and a trout there. First 24 came on a clown spook jr the second on a bone/diamond norton shad. Dougs 25 came on a norton shrimp in pumpkin/white/chart tail.
