I forgot about this one . I went to pick up some mudbugs one time and they had some nice looking oysters . I bought a half gallon to cook up to serve with the bugs . While cooking the bugs i got an idea to boil some oysters in the witht he bugs to see what would happen .I took a collander and drained the oysters and lowered them into the bug boil for a few minutes . You talk about goood . I've made many friends cooking them this way at crawfish boils . Give it a try and thank me later.

The only way to mess up an oyster is to cook it too long, or drop it on the dirty floor, and even then, it can be just rinsed off!
