Chop up some of the following to meet your tastes .
Onion
Celery
green olives
lemon pepper
dill
cillantro
carrots
take your pick and mix in a bowl with a little olive oil
lay fillets in single servings on saran wrap and top with your mixture . Wrap the fillet with saran wrap and stack them in the freezer . When you want fish just take out as many serving as needed pop them in the microwave for 4 minutes . They go from frozen to fully cooked in (yes) 4 minutes . You can even take them to work as first time cooked fish doesn,t smell up the place. Enjoy.
