I call em "Run Over Chickens"-Heberts Meat Market in Maurice LA was first place I ever heard of them. I like the cornbread stuffing the best, but they all be good! Heberts opened a store near Luling City Mkt on Richmond. La Boucherie's are good too-Kroger and Rice have many different types-all yummy stuff.
