Fireline fused is awesome for spinning reels. It has sucked with baitcasting.

I've been fairly happy with PowerPro 20#, but I may move up to 30. I'd love to try the Fins windtamer, but it's a tad too pricey for this boy.

Fishing tackle unlimited. Serious tackle in lamarque might have some too. I have never been there.

P-Line CXX Super Strong is some great stuff...sucks drifting and getting snagged, you will pull your boat trying to get unhooked.

I bought a shimano spinner yesterday and spooled it with suffix 832. Going to give it a try tomorrow. First try with braid.

i've been using power pro 20/6 for several yrs. on soft plastics, but for corks or tops i still use mono(cajun red).it took awhile to get used to the braid, almost gave up but i'm too hardheaded and finally got it. i still catch myself trying to overcast the stuff, i have to remember smooth and even, not to over power the cast.
