tried to take the grandkids to the jetty's saturday but too much fog. we turned around and went back to the pelican is. bridge. caught about 50 whiting, talked them into keeping 10 each. they had a ball and guess who got to filet 30 fish?

That's the way to get 'em to be lifelong fisherman. I started on panfish too, and they will advance themselves as fisherman as they get interested and grow older. Heck, I'll still panfish on occasion ;)
