Windy & Dirty

Hopped into some dirty water yesterday with a decent breeze blowing
Outgoing Tide maybe 4 inches of water clarity.
Only managed three throut from 17 - 20. The bites came b/t 11:00 and 12:30.
Nothing before, and nothing after. Hoping for better results this weekend.
